Flynn & Smith is a design-build contractor based in Albuquerque. We handle architecture, design, and construction under one roof — which means tighter coordination, a single point of accountability, and no gaps between what was designed and what gets built.
We manage a trusted network of licensed craftspeople, with direct principal oversight on every project from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.
Our work draws from the architectural tradition of New Mexico — adobe construction, rammed earth, hand-laid stone, exposed timber vigas — brought forward with modern detailing and performance standards.

Our in-house team develops plans, elevations, and material selections. You review and revise until it's exactly right — before any pricing commitment.

Fixed-Price Contract
A detailed scope and price with no vague allowances. If the scope doesn't change, the number doesn't change.

Construction
Scheduled milestones, weekly updates, and one point of contact throughout. Trades are sequenced so your project stays on schedule.

Walkthrough & Handover
We walk every inch of the finished project with you. Punch-list addressed, warranties documented, keys in hand.
